Commentary on Kodak from fotografia la dolce vita.

My father gave me a Kodak brownie in 1953, that was about 10 lifetimes ago.

My love of photography was nurtured through the best of times and through the worst of times with Kodak babysitting me for many years. Their black and white films could not be equaled, then or now.

The passing of Kodak from the camera scene is watching some of my youth disappear into the abyss of my memories. Today photography is photoshop and a computer, not a lot like photography from yesteryear, then we had shutter speed, aperture, EV and film based ISO, sometimes a light meter.

Is digital photography or film photography best? I’ll leave that call up to you…
