DAME! THE MOUTH IS THE SAME…
Different time, different place, same mentality and attitude…
Rahm and Uncle Joe…
“Rahm Rejects CHICK-FIL-A: ‘Not Chicago Values”
THIS MUST MEAN THEY ARE NOT CORRUPT
What Chicago Values? Blago, Daley, Axelrod or the Jacksons.
Could it be they did not donate enough money to someones, or a couple of someones campaigns?
“It is not our purpose here to treat Mr. Cathy’s views. Nor is it not our purpose here to remark on same sex marriage, one way or the other. It is our purpose to remark that it’s hard to think of a difference between the views expressed in the quotations above by Mr. Cathy and those one might hear from the Council of Torah Sages or the Archdiocese of Chicago. Or every president of America who has spoken on the subject until President Obama changed his position and declared himself, personally if not officially, for same sex marriage.”
I lived in Chicago, someones uncle, aunt, cousin, girlfriend, boyfriend, son, daughter or distant anything will benefit if this ponzi scheme flies.
How are things under the bus Rahm…?!
…I fart in your general direction, signed your buddy Barry
I have lived in 12 countries and been in over 60, ID for voting does not seem that unreasonable, I would not have said this before however, with the basic mentality change combined with the actions of people like Obama, Holder and big sis I would say voter ID is an idea whose time has come, two issues bother me, first, it seems everything Obama and Holder don’t like their first and in many cases their only card played is ‘racism’, second, the switching of Daley with Rahm Emanuel has all the earmarks of the old ‘Chicago Political Machine’ which I remember well. Obama had problems in the last election, so I say voter ID is a good thing. TW3
Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. claims Jim Crowis returning. In a recent speech, Mr. Holder said that attempts by states to pass voter identification laws will disenfranchise minorities, rolling back the clock to the evil days of segregation. He said that a growing number of minorities fear that “the same disparities, divisions and problems” now afflict America as they did in 1965 prior to the Voting Rights Act. According to the Obama administration, our democracy is being threatened by racist Republicans. Hence, the Justice Department must prevent laws requiring a photo ID to vote from being enacted.
Mr. Holder argues that voter ID laws disproportionately discriminate against poor blacks and Hispanics - citizens who cannot afford to acquire a driver’s license, passport or other form of photo identification. The latest victim is South Carolina; its voter ID law has been blocked by the Justice Department. Liberal Democrats - taking their cue from the White House - are portraying the national movement for election reform as an authoritarian assault upon civil liberties. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People has even petitioned the United Nations, asking it to declare states’ voter ID laws human rights abuses. For the radical left, America has become Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
It is a know fact that if you can’t beat them, divert the attention away from yourself. This little scenario (offer as it were) has the hands of Rahm, Obama and the DNC on it. You mean of all the church’s and all the men of God in America a church in Chicago with all the dots connected to Rahm, Obama and the DNC the ex-pastor for Obama offers help?
TW3 has difficulty believing this.
Something is not right…!
A recent member of President Obama’s White House faith council has offered his parish as sanctuary to Occupy protesters, calling on churches nationwide to similarly open their doors.
“It’s time to invite the Occupy Movement to church!” wrote Jim Wallis, founder of Sojourners, a ministry professing a devotion to the pursuit of “social justice.”
Wallis penned an article in his church’s magazine, also entitled Sojourners, calling for a “church sanctuary for the Occupy movement.”
Wallis was appointed to in February 2009 to the Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, a White House group replete with advocates for using religion to advance “social justice.” Each council appointee serves a one year term.
